Represents neighborhood at various City functions. Prioritizes neighborhood focus & projects per Neighborhood Plan.

Acts for President when needed to fill in due to travel, illness, etc. Attends quarterly City Team meetings, reports back to Board. Rep to CONA unless another volunteer wishes to do this. Oversees section reps as they handle the programming for the neighborhood.
PRESIDENT EMERITUS   As past president, serves for at least one year on Board in advisory capacity. Insures continuity per our By-Laws.

Section Representatives

The ‘go to people’ for their sections.
Deliver newsletters in their section about 2-3 times a year weekend prior to general meeting. Remaining months, newsletter will be mailed via the US postal service. Section reps serve as the contact point for residents of their section who have a concern or question for the general association. Section reps will take responsibility for 1-2 neighborhood meetings: planning for them, arranging for the refreshments (at ESPNA Expense), secure speakers and door prizes, greet members. Section reps also focus on driving membership, meeting & event attendance, and help with other activities such as n’hood projects, hospitality, crime watch, newsletter articles, programming, Haunted Hike.

MEMBERSHIP   Creatively drives membership by creating awareness, promoting benefits and communicating with neighborhood.
NEIGHBORHOOD AWARDS   Gathers and submits nominations for the City’s neighborhood awards.

PUBLICITY   Prepares & distributes press releases for Neighborhood events, coordinates ad for Yard sale, other PR duties as needed by Board.
