Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month, either after the General Neighborhood Meeting, or at 7:00 PM on the months where there is no General meeting. 

To request that your topic be added to the Board Meeting agenda, please contact president@espna.org at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
